Warner Berger Climbed Mt Everest at age 70
Werner Berger has taught me that age need not be a factor holding us back. Werner summited Mt. Everest on May 22, 2007, just 55 days short of his 70th birthday. At the time he summited, he became the third oldest person in the world and the oldest North American to reach the highest point on earth.
